TIP #1: Just Show Up!
It’s been said that 80% of success in life comes from just showing up! For Koko, this could not be any truer. Koko is the most innovative exercise system available today. We have removed every obstacle to making exercise a regular part of your weekly schedule. All you need to do to be successful is just to show up! Remember, Koko strength training is only 30 minutes & cardio is only 15 minutes! You will be finished in no time and feeling more energized, healthier, and rewarded for having done something great for yourself!
TIP #2: Follow the Koko prescription.
Frequency and consistency are extremely important to reach your fitness goals, especially at the beginning. Koko prescribes 3 strength training sessions per week and 3-6 cardio sessions depending on your specific goal. Rest is just as important as working out, and can have a big impact on your results. Make sure you are taking a day off between strength sessions to allow your muscles to rebuild and recuperate.
TIP #3: One workout is always better than none! Don’t discount the value of getting in that one workout, whether it’s the only one that week, or one more
than you thought you were going to be able to do. Don’t beat yourself up about what you didn’t get done in the past, just be positive and think about what you can do today!
TIP #4: You cannot out-exercise a bad nutrition.

TIP #5: Fuel UP!
Eat a healthy, energy-boosting snack 60-90 minutes before your workout. Your body will only perform as well as you fuel it. To get best results out of your Koko sessions, fuel up with the snacks that are combination of protein, carbohydrates, and fruits and veggies.
TIP #6: Hydrate!
Muscles are 72% water, so they naturally need a lot of water to stay strong, flexible and healthy. A great way to start off every day is drinking 16oz of
water to get your metabolism revving. Drinking 8 oz of water before you come in to Koko, and after you finish your workout is highly recommended. And
remember to keep yourself hydrated during your workout
TIP #7: Replenish.
Replenish your body with a healthy snack or meal within 60 minutes after your workout. As soon as you finish your workout, your muscles immediately start rebuilding. You many notice that you get extra-hungry after your workout. That’s because your body is continuing to burn calories at an elevated rate even after you are finished. That’s good. Resist the urge to overeat. Stick with the clean, nutritious, post-workout fuel. Within an hour of each Koko session have a carb- and protein-rich snack. like low fat protein shake or banana. Yogurt and berries, peanut butter, cereal and milk all fit the bill.
TIP #8: Follow your Plan.
It’s not called Smartraining for nothing! Each Koko session is carefully choreographed balance of exercises and movements: & “time under tension”
(i.e., pace), progression, rest and intensity. Some days and some workouts may seem easier or harder than others.They are. It’s all by design. Koko Smartraining programs constantly challenge your body in different ways and under different workloads, according to your specific plan. It is called “periodization”. It is a key principle of effective, long term fitness program.
TIP # 9: Commit fully!
Give yourself the benefit of 100% commitment. A 99% commitment level is simply not enough. Don’t tiptoe. Jump! Commit fully. Excuses and would-be obstacles become nothing. Get passionate about getting what you want.
TIP #10: Don’t quit!
As the saying goes, it’s hard to beat someone who just won’t quit. At Koko, you always have a ready and willing support system to help you reach your goals.
